When it comes to sourcing, we only work with suppliers that meet the strictest safety and quality standards. Wild Atlantic salmon is a protected species, therefore it is rarely available and only sold frozen commercially. At Solomos, we only work with trusted farms that meet the highest standards for safety, sustainability and quality.
Our Salmon is best consumed within 7 days. Keep it refrigerated. Smoked fish should never be stored at room temperature. If left out for longer than 2 hours at room temperature or 1 hour in hot weather, it should be discarded.
Yes, it is. For best results, you can vacuum pack or make sure to get the most air out of your packaging before freezing for up to three months.
We sell fresh Wild King Salmon in season, typically between June to September. Please contact us for availability.
